Lightwaves Walk at Salford Quays

Lightwaves is returning to MediaCity and Salford Quays in December.

The free luminous experiences include some brand new commissions and world premieres with interactivity as their core, making Manchester’s waterfront destination sparkle in all senses of the word.

No route information has been released yet but I thought this would make a lovely evening walk around Salford Quays followed by a social drink. This will either be in one of the local bars or at the Christmas Market, we can decide on the day depending on the weather.

The nearest Carpark is the Lowry Outlet Multi Story Carpark. You can also reach Salford Quays via the Metrolink.

Just a reminder this is a meetup led by volunteers for like minded people. Therefore you must be competent in your own ability to walk/swim and your own level of fitness. You will be responsible for your own health and safety. We would also ask that if you have any signs of illness that you do not attend on the day.
