Come and try paddleboarding
Come and have a go at paddleboarding!
We are running TWO 90 minute sessions going through the basics of paddling, doing some challenges and having fun. It is in a safe environment perfect for first time SUPers or any ladies who have tried SUP but don’t feel confident standing / paddling. All ability levels are welcome.
Location – Lake 86 at Cotswolds Water Park.
Date – April 22nd
Time – 10am – 11.30am OR 12.30am – 2pm
Max participants per session – 12
Cost £35 including all equipment or you can bring your own kit and just pay the £15 launch fee.

⚫Water shoes or old trainers
⚫Warm clothes and a towel for after
⚫Money for the cafe
What to bring if you are bringing your own kit:
⚫Water shoes or old trainers.
⚫Warm clothes and a towel for after.
⚫Buoyancy Aid rated to 50N MUST BE WORN ( if you don’t have one you can hire for £5 – pay on the day direct to the instructor)
⚫Paddleboard and Paddle (paddleboard should be able to inflate enough and hold the weight of the participant without bowing in the center)
⚫Money for the cafe
*If participants want to bring their own kit Katriona Shrives / AdAstra are not responsible for the quality of the kit and if we believe the BA or boards are not suitable for experience we will offer hire of our kit or the participant will not be able to attend the paddle (especially with BA’s as many are being recalled due to safety issues at the moment) if people have concerns then they can send me a picture of their BA / Board and I can check before the paddle.
