Love Her Wild CIC brings together a vibrant women’s adventure community for unforgettable experiences across the UK’s most iconic wild places. From the peaks of the Lake District and Snowdonia to the coastal paths of Cornwall, our focus is on providing a supportive group environment where the journey is just as important as the destination.
Most women join our UK expeditions solo, so please don’t let that hold you back—you’ll find a super friendly, inclusive community waiting to welcome you for an experience filled with discovery and connection.

14th-15th February 2026
We are offering this 2 day training course for those seeking to gain their Lowland Leader qualification. The Lowland Leader qualification is a nationally recognised walking qualification designed for people who wish to lead groups on day walks in lowland countryside. The qualification is suitable for new or experienced hike leaders.

We are offering this 1 day course for those seeking to gain their Camping Leader Qualification. Camping Leader is for people who want to supervise a camping group and teach campcraft activities. The course is both training and assessment rolled into one day!

*FULL* Yorkshire Three Peaks

Looking for a challenge this year? This adventure takes on three peaks in the Yorkshire Dales – Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough – in a day. You can expect a supportive team, an experienced guide, wonderful views and new friends for life!

*Last 3 Spaces* Wild in the Woods
25th April 2026
Location: Guildford, Surrey. Reconnect with nature – leave feeling nourished and revived. Over the course of the day, we’ll forage & delve into the abundance of wild edible plants and learn to identify native trees & understand their traditional uses. We’ll hone your firelighting skills, get hands-on with a bushcraft knife and enjoy the therapeutic practice of whittling. There’ll be plenty of time for chats, relaxing amongst the trees and just enjoying the woods.

*FULL* NNAS Bronze Navigation Award
25th-26th April 2026
Location: The South Downs. The Bronze National Navigation Award is a practical hands-on award. It is aimed at people with no navigation experience whether you are new to navigating in the outdoors or have been relying on others, guidebooks or easy well-defined routes. The syllabus teaches navigation in the countryside using paths tracks and other linear features. Basic map interpretation and compass work is also included.

7th – 10th May 2026
Join Love Her Wild for a sailing adventure. This will be a real hands-on adventure departing from Portsmouth and sailing on the Solent – learning how to hoist sails, practise man-over-board drills and sleep in a bunk berth (don’t forget to strap yourself in!).

Channel Sailing Adventure
7th – 13th May 2026
Join Love Her Wild for a sailing adventure departing from Portsmouth to the Channel Islands. This will be a real hands-on adventure. We’ll be learning how to hoist sails, practise man-over-board drills and sleep in a bunk berth. This is a longer sailing so there’ll be opportunity to deepen your sailing knowledge. Weather permitting, you’ll explore the Channel Islands from sea and land, have free time ashore, and may even experience an overnight sailing taking watch!

Join us for a backpacking adventure through Glen Affric, an area of outstanding natural beauty. We will follow in the footsteps of the cattle drovers of the past, traversing through glens and mountain passes, with the mountains towering above us, and passing the most remote youth hostel in Scotland.

Ever wanted to wild camp? Ever wanted to learn to read a map and have the basic skills on how to hike out into the mountains in Eryri National Park, sleep under the stars, hike out in a different direction? Then this is for you! Our Leader Jan will teach you how to read a map, take a compass bearing and how to pick a good camping spot. All the basics needed to start this adventure!

Wild Weekend ‘North’

Bringing together Wilders for a weekend of camping, bushcraft, outdoor workshops and inspirational stories. There’s also time to relax with yoga, meditation or just being with like-minded women. They are always great fun – you won’t want to miss it!

Embrace your wild side & celebrate the summer solstice with us at a gorgeous Dartmoor rewilding project. This weekend is a unique opportunity to leave the modern world behind, shake off domesticity, and immerse yourself in nature and community.

26th-28th June 2026
Ever wanted to climb all of Snowdonia peaks over 3000 feet high? Now’s your chance! This is a VERY tough challenge and a head for heights is needed along with a very good level of fitness. Join a small team of Wilders to take on this epic 3-day challenge.

*FULL* Ullswater Way
27-28th June 2026
Circumnavigate Ullswater with us over a weekend. A full lap of this stunning lake is 20 miles. The water will be in sight the whole way and with the mountains surrounding us, woodlands and waterfalls, it makes for really special walking. You can expect a bit of everything on this trail – shoreside walking, farmland, fells and a summit as we gain some elevation and get to enjoy looking down on the lake from above.

Ever wanted to climb all of Snowdonia peaks over 3000 feet high – but scared of heights? Now’s your chance! This is a VERY tough challenge, but if a fear of heights has put you off – join a small team of Wilders to do 13 (of 15) of the highest peaks, without Crib Goch and Tryfan. Your fitness is important and you will need to train on hills!

Join us for an introduction to multi day hiking. Hiking the Anglesey Coastal Path is a brilliant way to explore this beautiful island. On this hiking and camping adventure, we will be hiking a section of the coastal path over three days, a total of around 47km.

An unforgettable 3-day journey along the beautiful River Wye that combines paddling, camping, and time outdoors in one of the most scenic areas in the UK. Including 3 days of guided canoeing and 2 nights of riverside camping. Suitable for beginners, or those looking or an adventure on the water with good company!

Crib Goch and the Snowdon Horseshoe is not for the faint hearted. This event is for Wilders who haven’t done it before and have always wanted to. You will need a head for heights! You will also need good supportive footwear, such as good grippy trail shoes or lightweight walking boots.

The Lowland Leader qualification is a nationally recognised walking qualification designed for people who wish to lead groups on day walks in lowland countryside. Over 2 days you’ll be assessed on all areas of the syllabus including navigation, leadership, emergency procedures, access, conservation and environment. To attend the assessment you must have undertaken the 2-day Lowland Leader Training course first.
Wild Weekend ‘South’
4th-6th September 2026
Bringing together Wilders for a weekend of camping, bushcraft, outdoor workshops and inspirational stories. There’s also time to relax with yoga, meditation or just being with like-minded women. These weekends are always great fun – you won’t want to miss it!

Wild Surf
10-13th September 2026
Join us for a long weekend in Mawgan Porth, Cornwall. Beginner surfing sessions will run each morning. And afternoons are reserved for coastal strolls, yoga and sound baths, reflection workshops, or time spent relaxing with a book or soaking in the hot tub!

National Three Peaks Challenge – Fundraiser

This isn’t just a physical challenge; it’s a powerful fundraiser for Love Her Wild CIC, and you’ll be supported by professional guides and a community that cheers you on every step of the way.

As a non-profit organisation, Love Her Wild is passionate about protecting British nature and wildlife. We are committed to low-impact travel and reducing our footprint on the UK’s National Parks by:

Many of our overseas expeditions also include active contributions to environmental conservation efforts, featuring dedicated workshops and discussions on protecting the wild spaces we love.

Previous Adventures
Here are just some of our previous adventures we’ve organised for the community across the UK:
Women’s End2End
In 2022, 700 women came together to hike a baton the length of the UK from Land’s End to John O’Groats. The expedition took 74 days and covered over 2,000km.

Paddle Pickup; Coast 2 Coast
17 women took on a world first expedition kayaking the width of the UK against plastic pollution. They collected 3,500 pieces of plastic pollution and made quite a stir – Short film – British Canoe article – Guardian article – Adventure Magazine
The Woods
10 women who’d never met before and with varying abilities came together to spend 5 days living in the woods with nothing more than basic survival gear and a handful of rations.
First Mountain
A team of women came together to climb their first ever mountain – Snowdon. Supported by Salamon, each teammeber was kitted out with jackets, boots and rucksacks. Despite varying experiences and backgrounds, the team all made it to the summit.
The Everest Adventure
