It is very important that you recognise that these local get togethers are put together by volunteers and are not official Love Her Wild events which can be found on the ‘adventures’ page on our website – www.loveherwild.com. Therefore before attending a Love Her Wild local meet up organised via this group, you are required to read the following and are immediately agreeing to the terms and conditions in this disclaimer:
1. Participating in a Love Her Wild local meet up is entirely at your own risk
2. Participants must be 18 years or over to attend
3. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that their fitness level is within their capabilities, accounting for any medical conditions
4. Love Her Wild is not responsible for any loss or damage of items brought to a Love Her Wild meet up
5. Love Her Wild meet ups and events can only be run by Love Her Wild volunteers. The majority of these will be free or low cost, but volunteers may work with approved activity providers to run events which require special expertise or equipment. These providers will be paid directly by participants and volunteers will never accept money for running an event. Group members cannot use the event tab to organise events and should never organise events which require payment. (This includes collecting money for a group payment to a campsite or activity provider) but can organise casual meet-ups by posting in the group.
6. If participants feel the groups are being abused this should be reported immediately to – Fiona@LoveHerWild.com
7. Love Her Wild and its volunteers will not be liable for (i) indirect or consequential loss or damage suffered by participants (ii) loss or damage of property (iii) for loss or damage of any kind, however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, misrepresentation or otherwise.
