Songs Beneath the Trees
An event to mark the end of British Summer Time!
We will walk the half mile from Shanklin Railway Station to Sibden Hill, where we will explore the woodland and experience Songs Beneath the Trees; a series of compositions dedicated to specific trees by local musician Paul Armfield.
Sturdy footwear and warm/waterproof clothing will be required, as it may be wet underfoot and we will be pausing to appreciate the natural environment and music combined.
If weather permits, we will enjoy a drink and snack together before returning to the Station, so please bring a flask and nibbles.
