Moses Gate Country Park to Meccano Bridge – Greater Manchester

Come and join us on a midweek evening walk from Moses Gate Country Park to Meccano Bridge in Bolton.

This circular walk starts from Moses Gate Country Park to Meccano Bridge. The walk is 6km which should take about 1 hour 30 mins and has 140m ascent and descent. It may be muddy in places with some steep slippy slopes (if wet).

We will meet at Moses Gate Country Park Lower Carpark. Moses Gate is your nearest train station and is approximately 10 minutes walk to the meeting point

Dogs are welcome on this walk

Please bring a warm jacket, a waterproof jacket if it’s raining and if you have a head torch please bring that. Please wear appropriate shoes as it may be muddy.
