Morning walk and beach yoga
Join us for a morning walk around Dinas Head (about two hours) followed by gentle restorative yoga on the beach (tide allowing). Yoga will include breathwork, supported postures and lots of lovely stretches. You do not require any previous yoga experience for this, you just need the ability to move up and down on the mat unaided.
Our walk and yoga will be led by our fab member Amy James from BecOMe Wellness.
Please bring your own mats if you’d like to join in with the post=walk yoga & feel free to bring breakfast / snacks and a flask for breakfast during the walk.
