Lancashire LHW Park Run Tour – Lytham

We thought it would be fun to go on tour trying a few different park runs within Lancashire starting with Lytham Hall.

Park Run is a free weekly timed 5km in parks across the UK and abroad every Saturday. Park Runs are very welcoming and inclusive of all abilities including park walkers. If you have never been to one before, all you need to do it register for free for a barcode before attending. Why not come and try your first one with us as we go on tour! If you don’t fancy running, you can offer some cheerleading support as Park Run always welcome volunteers to marshall.

The run starts at 9am so please arrive by 8.40am. Parking is £1 or if travelling by train, it is a 5 minute walk from the station. If you would like to car share to minimise our environmental impact, please post on the events page.

We can get a coffee afterwards at Lytham Hall Tea room on the grounds. Most members attend on their own so this will be a great opportunity to meet others in the group and get your weekend off to a great start!
