Introduction to Open water swimming
This is the perfect event if you want to try Open Water Swimming for the first time, with an experienced swim coach, and as part of a welcoming group of likeminded women 😊
It is a paid event run by a professional and will cost £12.00
You will gain the knowledge required for a safe and enjoyable swim and your session will include:
A LHW host to meet and greet you at 2.45pm (myself😁)
A supported swim/dip with an experienced coach
The loan of a tow float
Post swim/dip hot drink and Q & A session.
You do not require a wetsuit. It’s fine to swim in a swimsuit if you are comfortable with this.
This session is for LHW members only and is limited to 12 spaces.
