Where: We will be meeting at Cairngreen woods which is a couple of miles outside Cupar. Leave Cupar on the B940 and drive along this road about 2 or 3 minutes out of Cupar. See the map where the woods are. If you put Fife War Games into Google maps it takes you to where you can park. See the red dots on the map, they indicate 3 sections you can park your car, but please try and mainly park in the area where the old motorhome rooms used to be (see first photo) with the nose of your car facing the little wall, this allows a decent number of cars to be all parked along there. Then head back down to the main road and up the next turning where Kiri has marked a yellow dot on the map.
What to bring: Bring waterproof clothing in case it is wet. Also sensible shoes for a 5 minute walk to where we will be based in the woodland. Something waterproof to sit on (a thick bin bag or waterproof trousers so you can sit on the woodland floor. Also, it is tick season so it is sensible to wear trousers tucked into socks and wearing insect repellent.
As always, you join LHW events at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety at all times. Please see the about section of the Facebook group for more details.
