Join us for a relaxed weekend in the beautiful Gower Peninsula, Wales. Staying right on the beachfront! You can look forward to wild swimming in the sea, a big day hike, yoga, an evening talk and activity.

You'll be staying in shared bunkhouse accommodation at the Gower YHA which has beautiful views overlooking the ocean. Wholesome vegetarian food is included and will be a shared affair - we encourage everyone to chip in to help prepare and tidy away after meals.

Start each morning with a cold water swim and a stretch (if the weather is nice, yoga will take place on the beach). The Gower Peninsula is famous for its stunning coastal hikes and you can look forward to a day taking in the best of the area on a walk.

After dinner, gather in the common room to hear an inspirational talk or get stuck into a team game. We'll also be running our famous open-mic sessions where we encourage attendees to share something they want to celebrate, a personal story or to pass on some knowledge.
